What
are the major business or management rules which you
believed have contributed to your success?
To this day we adhere strictly to my father's traditional
recipes which he was renowned for. The formula for our
recipes is known only to me and my brothers and we personally
mix in this exact secret combo of spices into our products
every single day. This is the precise reason why even
expatriate Pakistanis who return to our motherland after
periods as long as twenty years vouch for the fact that
our food testes exactly as original and delicious it
did two decades ago. Our major emphasis is on quality
and direct personal supervision we strictly supervise
all work ourselves including the slaughter and cleaning
of chickens. Personally have been making our traditional
halwa for thirty five years and my brothers himself
makes all parathas that we sell. The formula for our
recipes is known to our brothers only we are one of
the select few restaurants in Pakistan who purchase
live chickens and slaughter and clean them every morning.
Most food concerns Buy readymade meat. They have no
guarantee as to whether the animals used were healthy,
free of infection and fit for human consumption. We
return all chickens which appear unhealthy or sickly.
Another factor which is our strong point is our family
unity. All seven brothers work as a team and my brothers
obey me without any argument in all decisions that I
make. Last but not the least we strongly believe in
caring for our employees like our family because we
remember our childhood days of poverty and struggle
when making ends meet was difficulty for our parents. |
