EXAMINATIONS :
There is no formal testing or examination system upto the lower primary level. However a record of child's progress and attainment is maintained to evaluate the learning achievements at all levels.
Spot tests or diagnostic tests are conducted in classes
V to o'levels on bi-monthly basis at the end of each lesson taught in all subjects. The students appear in four formal examinations in each academic year in these classes. An assessment/Progress report at the end of each term / during an academic year at all levels is provided for the parents, supported with teacher's remarks to evaluate the child's progress on yearly basis.

RULES & REGULATION :
1.
Punctuality is strictly observed. Late commers are not allowed to enter.
2.Children should attend school in complete school uniform. Parents are requested to assure that they are neatly dressed and personal hygiene is given extra care.
3.The school issues an identity card for each child admitted in the school. Parents should assure that who ever comes to collect the child after school carries the child's I.D. card. Children are not handed over to unauthorised agents or to servants not carrying the child's I.D. card and not introduced by the parents to the class teacher.
4.An extra set of clothing should be provided for children in the kindergarten section which is kept in the class against an emergency. Each article of clothing should bear the child's full name, class and section in clear print. Likewise in winter, all woollen garments likely to be removed by the children during work sessions should be clearly labelled with their full name, class and section.
5.Holidays notices are given to children in advance, however in case of an unexpected holiday for which no prior notice has been possible, parents are requested to contact the school office before bringing or sending their children.
6.Children suffering from any infectious disease should not attend school. A leave application in case of any absence should be submitted at the school reception within two days of absence. In case of illness a medical certificate along with the leave application is essential.
7.Regularity to school is strictly monitered at all levels. Any child/children showing less than 90% of the total attendance durihg one academic year is not promoted to the next class.
8.Children not returning punctually after any holiday may have their names struck off the roll if no application for leave has been sent by their parents within three days of the re-opening.
9.Parents should discourage their children from bringing their toys and articles of value with them. The school hold no responsibility for any loss or damages.
10.Celebrating birthdays in school is strictly not allowed.Parents may send only two sweets per child in their ward's class which should be submitted at the school reception with child's name and class/section mentioned on the packet one day in advance.
11.The school provides no canteen facility for the kindergarten children. Each child should bring their lunch boxes and water bottles along daily. Parents are requested to send dry items for lunch or fruits and to avoid junk food like sweets and chocolates.
12.Parents-Teacher meetings are held at the interval of three months time. Dates and timings for these meetings are intimated well in advance to the parents. Attendance for both the parents in these meetings is essential. Parents desiring to discuss any matter of immediate concern to them should take a prior appointment with the concerned class teacher one day in advance. Any meeting during working hours or without a prior appointment is not allowed.
13.Fees are charged for all the twelve month of the year.

Fees are required to be paid monthly not later than 1Oth day of each month due. Fees for the summer vacation period shall be charged along with the fee for April and May respectively. A late payment surcharge of Rs. 50/= per month is charged after the due date .ie 1Oth of each month.
15.Fees are paid in cash. Receipts are issued immediately on payment of fees.
16.All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable. No reduction in fee is made for any period of non-attendance.
17.The security deposit (only) is refunded at the time of child's withdrawal from" the school. Any dues outstanding are however be adjusted against the deposit.
18.A one month notice in advance is required for withdrawal of a child from school. In other case one month fee in lieu of notice period is charged. These notices should be served by the end of session i.e May for those students completing the academic year and recieving results.
19.Leaving certificate is issued only when all sums due, have been paid.
20.Enteries in the leaving certificate are strictly in accordance with the particulars given by the parents at the time of admission, and are not changed on request.
21.Change of address and telephone number should be immediatly communicated to the office.
22.
New children stay in class for one hour for the first week or so in the kindergarten level 1 and level 2. Ayahs and mothers are not allowed to sit in the classes or wait in the school.
23.All communication between the parents and school or teachers is carried through written circulars or children daily diary. Parents are requested not to entertain any verbal request by the children.
24.Parents are advised to enforce habits of punctuality and regular attendance in their children. Unpunctuality and irregular attendance hinder a child's progress; as the child often has to go through the whole process of normalisation and re-adjustment before he is ready to resume class activities. In case of absence due to unavoidable circumstances, parents are requested to contact school reception to collect child's home assignment specially in junior classes.
25.All new admissions should wear a name tag with their class and section written on it for the first week of the their joining the school.
