- Sudden
development of severe headache with projectile vomiting with or
without difficulty of vision – may be the early symptom of
Brain tumor.
- Appearance
of a whitish membrane resembling a cat’s eye may be the early
symptom of Retinoblastoma i.e. Cancer of the Retina.
- A
non-healing Ulcer at the lateral margin of the tongue with or
without difficulty in opening mouth or protruding tongue –
may be the early symptom of Tongue Cancer.
- A
non-healing Ulcer anywhere in the buccal mucosa with or without
involvement of the skin of the cheeck may be the symptom of Oral
Cancer.
- Any
swelling over throat with behaviour of change and change of Temperature
with excessive sweating – may be the early symptom of Thyroid
Cancer.
- Sudden
change of voice which is persisting for a long time without any
definite reason – this may be due to Throat Cancer (especially
Cancer of Voice box).
- Difficulty
in swallowing food, first solid and then liquid which increases
gradually – this may be symptom of the Oesophagus Cancer
(Oesophages means "the food Pipe").
- Fever,
Blood stained Sputum and cough – this may be early symptom
of Lung Cancer.
- Sudden
development of Tumour in the breast or blood discharge through
Nipple – this may be the early symptom of Breast Cancer.
- Sudden
loss of Appetite, unexplained weakness and/or Vomiting –
which may be early symptom of Stomach Cancer.
- A
lump in the abdomen with pain and change of bowel habit with or
without vomiting - may be the early symptom of Colon Cancer.
- Unexplained
passage of frank blood per rectum especially in the early morning
– this may be early symptom of Rectum Cancer.
- Any
swelling in the abdomen with severe loss of weight and uneasiness
– may be symptom of Ovarian Cancer (in Female).
- Painless
haematuria (bleeding per Urethra) – may be the early symptom
of Urinary Bladder Cancer.
- Swelling
in the abdomen with fever (in children) – may be early symptom
of Wilm’s Tumor.
- Severe
pain and difficulty in passing Urine with or without fever –
may be the early symptom of Prostate Cancer.
- Passage
of excessive blood and white discharge per Vagina – this
may be early symptom of Cervix Cancer (which is the commonest
Cancer in Indian Female).
- Sudden
swelling and pain over some bony injury which goes on increasing,
may be symptom of Bone Cancer.
- Sudden
increase in size of a skin mole with or without bleeding –
may be the early symptom of Malignant Melanoma.
- Any
non healing Ulcer having everted or inverted margin with central
necrosis – may be the early symptom of Skin Cancer.
- Any
swelling over testes with or without pain and/or groin swelling
-may be early symptom of Testicular Cancer (in Male).
- Sudden
development of unexplained fever, Anemia, and/or Bleeding Tendency
like Gum bleeding, Nose bleeding etc. – this may be due to
Blood Cancer.
- Fever
with enlargement of spleen with anaemia – may be the early
sign of chronic myeloid leukaemia.
- Swelling
of the glands either in the throat, axillae, groin or in the mediastinum
– may be early symptom of Lymphoma.
- Any
swelling with severe pain with restricted movement over muscular
tissues – may be early symptom of Rhabdomyosarcoma.
- Any
growth in any part of the body, whose surface is bigger than the
base and the surface looks like Cauliflower –this is a high
suspect for Cancer.
