Note

No Examination Form In Any Case Will Be Accepted After The Expiry Of The Date Prescribed With Double Fee i.e. 27-05-2002

All the Principals are requested to get the Examination Forms properly scrutinized and checked at their College/Institute by the respective staff before its despatch to the Board.In addition to the instructions given in the Examination Form,the following instructions may also be strictly followed:

1.	The Rubber Stamps of the College/Institute/Technology and Morning/Evening be affixed at the extreme left corner on Top and Bottom of the Examination Forms.
2.	The candidates be directed to write down their alloted Roll Number along Registration No.of the Board and Technology on both the respective portions of the Examination Forms Legibly.
3.	The candidates be specifically directed to attach document relating to migration and any other such issue alongwith Examination Form.
4.	The attested photo copy of the Registration slip and Marks sheet issued by the Board may also be attached with the Examination Form to ascertain the eligibility for issuance of Admit Card.
5.	The Admit Cards will not be issued to such candidates who will not attach photo copies Registration slips and marks sheets.
