About Calendar Views

Q: What is Day View?
A: Day view is a quick overview of a single day, presented as a column of time slots. Appointments or events added to your Calendar appear here.

Event or appointments appear in the time slots that correspond to their start times. Events or appointments with no scheduled time appear at the top of your Calendar.

As a default, your day begins at 9:00 A.M. and ends at 6:00 P.M., with time slots for each hour between. If you add earlier or later appointments or events, the day's start and end times will update automatically.

Q: What is Week View?
A: The Week view plots your week along the horizontal axis of a grid, and always starts with Monday. All appointments or events appear in the columns beneath their corresponding days. The current date is highlighted. The Idea List, which displays an up-to-date sampling of what you can find in the Event Directory, appears on the right.

As a default, days begin at 8:00 A.M. and end at 8:00 P.M., with one hour intervals between. If you add earlier or later events or appointments, the entire week's start and end times will expand automatically.

Q: What is Month View?
A: The Month view display grid view of an entire month, just like a wall calendar. The current date is highlighted and occured event shows with an icon .

Q: What is Year View?
A: The Year view is a quick view of an entire year. This helps you to finiding a specific day in the entire year and click on that day you can go to Day View. The current date is highlighted.

Q: Viewing a Different Date
A: To view a different date or range of dates:

Jumping to a Different Day: Click on a date in the small month calendar (to the left of your Calendar in Day and week view ).

Jumping to Any Date: Enter the date in the text box before the Go button (to the left small month view of your Calendar), then click Go. If the date information was entered incorrectly, the display will not change.

Jumping to the Next or Previous Day, Week, or Month: Use the small arrows on both sides of the Day, Week, Month or Year at the top of your Calendar.

Note: The Today hyperlink always changes your Calendar to the current Day view.

A: To change your Calendar view to Day, Week, or Month view, click on the Day, Week, or Month tab at the top of your Calendar.
